Invoice date should be modifiable

When creating an invoice, we should be able to modify its date. Currently, only the due date in modifiable.

Provide an attendance module so that members can indicate their presence to a program

Provide templates when composing emails

Create a billing section for account owners to access their subscription invoices

Visually display the members that are in default or close to be

The idea here is that administrators should visually know which members have a balance due soon, and which ones haven't paid their balance (which means that they are in default)

Programs should be archivable

An administrator can archive a program that was initially created by him or her. An account owner can archive any program. Once a program is archived, a member can no longer be enrolled.

Create a report that will show me the financial status of a program

Allow administrator to update invoice payment

Member profile should have both private and public notes

Private notes cannot be seen by members in their portal. Only public notes.
